The Technical Business Development Head will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging their technical expertise to drive successful collaborations. Focus Areas/ Expertise - Developing business to provide support/development work for e-commerce businesses. - Developing business to provide support/development work for potential clients using Epicor/Prophet 21 as their enterprise platform. - Developing business to provide back-end support for packaging manufacturing/ distribution businesses.
This position requires performing inside sales and performing order entry, resolving any customer issues, providing samples, and following up with all the above parties as and when needed.
