Social Media Specialist - Industrial B2B Ecommerce

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in the B2B landscape to manage our social media efforts from concept to post-analysis. This individual will develop and execute content calendars, create engaging content (including photos, product photography, and short-form videos), and take ownership of the end-to-end content production process. A strong ability to drive engagement and an understanding of how to communicate effectively with business audiences are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Calendar Creation: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar tailored for B2B audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Align content strategy with key business objectives, industry trends, and audience engagement goals. Content Creation & Execution: Plan, shoot, edit, and post original content, including product showcases, educational insights, and case studies. Take professional product photography, capturing high-quality images that highlight product details, features, and applications. Produce a variety of content formats, such as short-form videos, images, and carousel posts, to increase brand visibility and engagement. Ensure content is tailored to each platform, optimizing for format, audience, and platform best practices. Community Engagement & Growth: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Grow social media communities by actively monitoring, participating in conversations, and building relationships within the industry. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, including engagement, follower growth, reach, and ROI. Use insights from performance data to refine strategies and report results and recommendations to higher-ups.
Requirements:
Proficiency with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro). Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the ability to adapt messaging for business audiences. Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail. Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Eligibility: Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday) 2+ years of social media experience, preferably within a B2B or ecommerce environment.
Experience: Proven track record of managing content end-to-end, from ideation and production to publishing and reporting. Experience producing and editing short-form video content for YouTube and other social platforms, with a strong portfolio of relevant work. Experience in product photography, with a focus on capturing high-quality, professional images suited for digital platforms.
Salary:
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
